Acción Latina is a cultural nonprofit organization founded in 1970. They publish El Tecolote bilingual newspaper, which spans 45 years of publications, lead the Paseo Artístico community art stroll, and operate the Juan R. Fuentes Gallery.

The Juan R. Fuentes Gallery hosted a traveling group exhibition entitled "Americarte," which featured Latin American artists who have relocated to the United States and are currently pursuing their artistic endeavors.
