A series of case studies were conducted throughout Nevada to demonstrate the influence of emerging technologies on the state. The first case study, which focused on VR in Fallon, Nevada, was presented to Nevada legislators. The results from these case studies influenced the legislators' decision to fund the Reimagine Workforce Preparation Discretionary Grants Program, which received a $13.8M grant from the U.S. Department of Education Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education.
